Reverse Osmosis technology has grown to a large extent in the last decade. The industry has been benefited by the introduction of higher efficient, rugged and energy saving membranes.

Cater to a variety of Reverse Osmosis Plants to meet individual and industrial requirements and are backed by the world's leading membrane manufacturers like Dow-Film tech, Hydranautics-USA and GE osmotic, etc.

We design, offer the State-of-the-Art packaged Industrial RO Water Plant complete with Pre & Post Treatment equipment to deliver Very Pure Water from Brackish or Saline water. The permeate water contains very Low TDS & free from Particulate, Organic and Colloidal matter.

The Reverse Osmosis units are designed in a compact skid with easy access to monitor check points and sample valves. Standard specifications of our Industrial RO Water Plant includes Pressure sand filter, activated carbon filter, Pre Micron Filter, High Pressure Pump, RO membrane module, electrical Control Panel with TDS meter and Wet Panel with Flow Indicators and Pressure Gauges, pressure switch and electrically driven solenoid valve, Pressure Regulator valve, MS with powder coated/Stainless steel 304 skids etc. Reverse osmosis is the process of forcing a solvent from a region of high solute concentration through a membrane to a region of low solute concentration by applying a pressure in excess of the osmotic pressure.

This is the reverse of the normal osmosis process, which is the natural movement of solvent from an area of low solute concentration, through a membrane, to an area of high solute concentration when no external pressure is applied. The membrane here is semi permeable, meaning it allows the passage of solvent but not of solute.

    Pretreatment – Reverse Osmosis Plants:

The feed water, depending on its source, may contain various concentrations of suspended solids and dissolved matter. Suspended solids may consist of inorganic particles, colloidal particles and biological impurities such as microorganisms and algae. Dissolved matter may consist of highly soluble salts, such as chlorides, and sparingly soluble salts, such as carbonates, sulfates, and silica.

  • Clarification followed by Sand Filtration for Turbidity removal
  • Water disinfection with chlorine
  • Hardness reduction by Softening
  • Addition of scale inhibitor
  • Reduction of free chlorine using sodium bisulfate/ Activated carbon filters
  • RO Plants - Post Treatment:

Based on the Output water quality required, the post treatment process for Reverse Osmosis PlantsRe may consist of all or some of the following treatment steps

  • coronation
  • Ultra-violet
  • chlorination systems
  • The Main features of these RO Plants are:

  • Microprocessor based Control Panel
  • Powder coated frame
  • 20 & 5 micron sediment pre-filter
  • Stainless Steel Multistage High pressure pump
  • FRP pressure vessel
  • Product and Reject Flow Meters
  • Low & High pressure switch
